Celebrity wedding expert John Welsh is the owner and founder of Agape Weddings and is a nationally recognized, multiple international award winning preservation specialist. Mr. Welsh has been preserving wedding professionally since 1992 throughout the Chicagoland area; Illinois, Iowa, Indiana and Wisconsin. Even preserving wedding memories on both coasts in California and New York. Destination weddings are very popular right now!  His work has been frequently featured, nationally on WGN-TV, on ABC channel 7 News in Chicago and on it's 190N program, on Fox News WITI, WNBC in New York and various national syndicated shows like America's Funniest home Videos, Montel Williams, Ricki Lake and more. He has even been featured on a front page article in the Chicago Sun Times. Mr. Welsh has been interviewed as the industry expert for Chicago radio stations as well as local and national magazines like US News & World Report, Event DV, Modern Bride, Brides, The Wedding Pages, theknot, Chicago Tribune and more. Mr. Welsh also has worked with several television and professional sports Celebrities.  Most recently with Motley Crue's Vince Neil and helping Leeza Gibbons open a Leeza's Place in Joliet, a facility to help with Alzheimer's patients.

I have honed and crafted my unique style to the delight of hundreds of brides for well over a decade. My presence will be completely transparent, yet I will capture and preserve each important detail. My brides are now experiencing the joy of sharing their wedding heirlooms with their own children.

His passion is preserving weddings, his family and our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. (not necessarily in that order:). He started Agape Weddings to emphasize his business specifically on weddings and scale down his demand in commercial and broadcast work.
